When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address, plus any phone number, project address and message you choose to give us.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange and provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Our legal basis

Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

Who can see it

Our team, and Squarespace, which hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after [12 months]. Client records are kept for as long as we need them to meet our legal and professional obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing architects@brillowen.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
