Our clients had recently purchased this Hampstead Garden Suburb detached house, in need of substantial refurbishment and modernisation to meet their family’s needs

The Solution

We opened up the rear of the ground floor plan and designed a new bay window to accommodate a new open-plan Kitchen and Family Dining Room. We prepared designs and specifications for the complete overhaul, rewire, replumbing and new heating system installations. Included in our services were designing detailed joinery.
