Domestic extensions and refurbishment

Adding extensions or converting a loft is never as simple as it first appears. Although we will priorities our clients’ aspirations and brief, we will also be considering factors such as natural light, future use and ensuring compliance with Planning constraints and Statutory requirements. We design these to enhance the original house and accommodation.

Flat developments

With intense pressure to build more homes it is important to make better and more efficient use of space within existing urban areas. Whether converting an existing building into flats, building on an infill site, or demolishing an older unsuitable building and replacing it with a more efficient use of space, we have surmounted numerous problems, working closely with our Clients, Planners and specialist consultants.

Care Homes

Over many years we have managed the estates and carried out phased improvements for large care homes in north and south London to meet ever improving standards and to accommodate expansion. Consideration and methods have been used to mitigate disruption to the wellbeing of residents and staff.

We have also designed and implemented treatment facilities for those suffering from eating disorders.

Commercial and Mixed Use

We’ve been involved in many varied schemes, responding to commercial demands on growing businesses. These include porcelain showrooms, an opticians, and repurposing a Victorian factory as a shell-and-core unit, now used as a showroom.

We have completed various mixed use schemes with retail and commercial on lower floors and residential accommodation above. These include existing buildings such as a Grade II Listed Pub in Clerkenwell, or new-build schemes in Finchley and Mill Hill.
