The Challenge

This architecturally important house had been underpinned in 2004 but had been neglected and required careful repair and refurbishment.

The Solution

The interior of the house was sensitively re-arranged and restored with new bathrooms and kitchen, improved insulation and external landscaping with special features including a tiled arched opening into the rear garden, a new staircase and a concealed platform lift.
