The Challenge

To build a full width rear extension and extend the loft within Permitted Development criteria.

The Solution

It was important to consider the internal layout at ground floor and to ensure natural light still reached the centre of the plan despite such an increase in depth. Our solution included a partially glazed roof and orangery style side section for the Kitchen.
