The Challenge

To open-up the ground floor plan, introducing a new cloakroom and providing better natural light and more versatile spaces.

The Solution

We introduced a new cantilevered staircase with a new top-lit stairwell and opened out the two main reception rooms. New fold-aside doors were introduced to the rear courtyard garden.
